Wookies are known to be possibly the best units of the Rebel Alliance in terms of bulk and assault. They carry three time bombs, a mortar launcher, and a bowcaster. Therefore, they are the best class to choose for destroying the Shield Bunker.

The best possible way to do this would be to get a speeder bike and ride on the edges of the map that lead towards the Shield Bunker. That way, you'll be able to avoid every stormtrooper or enemy as possible. Drive to the upper part behind the entrance to the Shield Bunker, as it would be the best way to sneak in. The part I am talking about is shown in the image just below.



If you drive towards the entrance of the shield bunker and try to enter that way, you'll likely get pummeled as there are two turrets that are almost ALWAYS being used by the enemy, and turrets in this game are very very dangerous.

Once inside the Shield Bunker, proceed to Step 3. If you have died, then repeat Steps 1 and 2.

Time bombs are the most effective way at quickly taking out the Shield Bunker. However, you only have three of them. In order to get more, you'd have to head outside to the ammunition droid.. and you know how bad it is to try and do that as there are two turrets outside as mentioned already.



Plant the time bomb on the Shield Bunker and then quickly stand back before the countdown finishes. Do this until you have ran out of time bombs, and then proceed onto Step 4.

The mortar launcher shoots thermal detonators. In this game, they aren't really good for taking out vehicles and are more better for infantry. Sadly, you have only thermal detonators and no concussion grenades. But do not worry because these can still be used to inflict damage on the Shield Bunker.

Make sure to stay a safe distance away as to not be killed by the explosion. Once at a safe distance, then aim where the image shows. If done correctly, the thermal detonator should land right next to the Shield Bunker, which will in turn explode and inflict as much damage as it can.



Aim EXACTLY as the image shows, and keep firing until you run out of ammunition in the mortar. Once done, you will have made great progress, and it is now time to proceed onto the final step.. and the most time consuming one if that.

As ridiculous as this sounds, the bowcaster actually inflicts noticeable damage onto the Shield Bunker, so long as you charge it up and fire EACH and EVERY time. For this step, you need to take out the bowcaster and charge it, and fire it at the Shield Bunker repeatedly. The health of the Shield Bunker would have diminished greatly if you did the previous steps correctly. Just keep doing this and eventually the Shield Bunker will explode.
