Pacing, events, creativity, finale - all top notch.
The effort you put in to the panic events/quests (e.g. 3 signals in house, 3 steps to override security door for the corpo building) were so impressive and added more atmosphere to the really high-effort environment you built. The storyline you threaded through the campaign was the cherry on top.

I have some mods installed but not a single crash. Very ambitious, balanced, lots of content, and great attention to detail. I may not get all references but Resident Evil 2 reference was there underneath one of the stairs next to the grenade launcher
