2 Install
3 Run Creative ALchemy Universal
4 Add new profile and direct it to your Dangerous Waters folder location
5 Before confirming, increase the buffer to at least 10
6 Sound in Dangerous Waters is now fixed, enjoy!

Note: This fix also works for all the other older Creative EAX based games, so it's worth getting it not just for Dangerous Waters but for millions and millions (did you like my Trump impression?) of other older games too, cheers!
