Alright, enough of failing for this achievement, here is your guide! But remember, its not a 100% chance, but follow this steps and you will be successful after some tries. [NOTE: THIS GUIDE IT'S FROM SEP 2014 AND I REALLY DON'T KNOW IF STILL WORKS NOW, READ COMMENTS FOR MORE TIPS FROM OTHER USERS]

Alright guys .. after 5 months I finally got this Achievement... so here's what I did:

PRION VIRUS - Normal Difficulty

- Metabolic Hijack
- Genetic Mimic
- Native Biome
- Extremophile
- Sympto-Statis

- Starts at India

Transmissions as soon as possible:

- Evolve Air 1 + Water 1

Then Symptoms (also asap):

(All Tier 1)

- Nausea
- Coughing
- Rash
- Insomnia
- Cysts
- Anaemia

Then:

- Vomiting
- Sweating
- Hyper Sensitivity
- Abscesses

Wait till 19 DNA Points and then:

- Inflammation
- Diarrhoea
- Skin Lesions

And finish with:

- Tumours
- Internal Haemorrhaging

Now wait till the pop-up with the message "Artifical Organs to Save Lives" shows up and then after clicking on OK, evolve PARANOIA.

IMPORTANT: DEVOLVE ANY LETHAL SYMPTOM that may evolve from this point, except:

- Fever

Now evolve some Abilities:

- Cold 1
- Drug 1
- Cold 2
- Neutral Atrophy 1 + 2 + 3
- Genetic Hardening 1 + 2

And wait for the message on the news "New batch of artificial organs received" and just chill out. If that didnt appear, then do this:

- Cure at 25% and still no message - Evolve Fever (If is already evolved, evolve Pulmonary Oedema)
- Cure at 50% and still no message - Evolve Necrosis and Pneumonia.
- Cure at 90% - Evolve Genetic Reshuffle 1 + 2 + 3 and wait.

After some tries, what I figure it out is, sometimes the pop-up message "Artificial Organs Malfunction in X country" may appears, if that happens, restart the game and try again.

I made it on my 2nd try, I had to evolve genetic reshuffle 1, 2 and 3 because the cure reached 90%, but eventually worked

it worked for me but had like 15 attempts and I need to change some things.

So once i got the message "New batch of artificial organs received" i tried to never let the lethality bar go lower then this first little dash. Then I waited and the pop up message came like 3 times, the cure bar got higher and higher so i evolved all Genetic Reshuffles and eventuelly i got the achievement

Got it on first try. Thanks to Griroesh and also comments! Feeling myself a bit of cheater cause you all wasted more time, saves and tries for it. But I am glad your tips helped me!

Hi everyone! It's October 19th and I can say that this guide still works.

Couple notes/recomendations about this achievement:

- As it was said before, Paranoia can and should be evolved ASAP, no pop up required

- You should get those symptoms quickly, buy one when you have DNA, don't stack

- After getting "Artifical Organs to Save Lives" pop up, look for a "New batch of artificial organs received" pop up. Then rush into lethality, because next batch will reduce your lethality for good, and I think that if it's low, you can't get the achievement

-Do not evolve (Devolve if mutated) Insanity, Dysentery and Haemoragic Shock

-Don't be afraid to change the strategy a little, it took me 42 tries (I counted) 4 hours of pure gameplay (around month real life), cure was at 38%

So, this achievement is pretty random, but it is possible, so don't give up, it definetely takes patience to do it

And Remember: Nobody should know...

one time i evolved insanity during the scenario and i got the achievement and the text said the patients tore the artificial organs out of their bodies due to insanity which thought was crazy
