Use the second way of playing the game on keyboard by using Q for left hand, E for Right Hand, and W to pull up. You will still need to use the mouse but you don't have to click anymore or pull up if you want.

side note: I did this whole game on mouse but if you have a controller that works better please use it.

The majority of the seventh level requires the push pull technique including accurate swings and one shot climbs with the small chance at the beginning and end of the level to fall back to the beginning by falling to the left side and going down the mountain side into a hole that is dodged at the end of level six.

The end level is not difficult unless you haven't gotten a lot of experience with the push pull technique, otherwise it should be fairly easy.
