Place in Game Master init:

Ctrl+S - Slide Down Ladder
H - Holster Weapon
O - Toggle Earplugs
Wheel Brake Hold/Release - Toggle Taxiing
Cyclic Forward - Taxi Forward
Rope Interaction - Taxi Forward
Shift+R - Open FM Radio
