Many stealth loadouts focus on having just a shotgun, and any other weapon for good concealment. This is very common, but definitely not the best choice! There are quite a few interesting weapons that you can bring for their unique utility: teleporting corpses of guards and civs, controlling ragdolls, unlocking faster interactions, zerking (lowering health for Yakuza) in risky spots, killing enemies through walls, placing custom waypoints or floating markers... and a lot more!

That is true yes, good point Blackus! I mentioned this removal in my recent U240 video, but it's important to keep in mind that, while the cooldown between INTERACTIONS was removed, the same cooldown still applies for things like delay before being allowed to throw a bag, delay until you can sprint after picking up light loot, etc...
