"This is an alt-history map of the Italian Republic in the year 1980. The map was made with the mod "Mappa Mundi", and redrawn in paint.net to have cooler colours and such. The lore is quite simple, after the Napoleonic wars Sardinia-Piedmont got back Corsica, and later fought for Minorca. Two Sicillies colonized north Tunisia, Italianizing it. After WW1 Italy got much more from Austria - that is all of Dalmatia. After WW2 Italy even got Tirol, and when decolonization happened, Malta joined them. After Switzerland was taken in a revolution, Italy annexed the Italian-Speaking regions."
