Opis
NPC effect addon for Garry's Mod. Automatically removes specific NPCs if they spawn stuck.

Useful if you use random NPC spawners and the map you're playing on has f*cky AI Nodes.



Features:
  • a_cleanstucknpc 1 to enable auto removing NPCs.

  • When one of the allowed NPCs is created, after a 2 seconds timer, their position gets checked to see if they're stuck or not.

  • NPCs that spawn stuck in places such as doors, map geometry, other NPCs, the player, your mom, etc, will get removed.

  • Only the following NPCs can get removed:

    - npc_combine_s
    - npc_metropolice
    - monster_human_assassin
    - npc_zombie
    - npc_fastzombie
    - npc_poisonzombie
    - npc_zombine
    - npc_citizen

Limitations:
  • This addon has only been tested for Single Player. There may be unnoticed bugs during multiplayer matches.

  • Has potential to break scripted campaign maps which already have scripted NPCs, so don't use it when playing those.

  • If you want to add additional NPCs to the list, you'll need to download and alter the addon's code manually, as I'm a lazy prick when it comes to adding customization.

Would be nice alternative option to teleport any friendly ally warp next to you, and add Resistance to the option pool

Conflicts with Zippy's Active Ragdoll mod, they are detected as stuck when they ragdoll and are instantly deleted.

Sadly it takes away some or even most of the npcs on the hl2 maps.
