Description
Usage
You need to unsubscribe from the original Workshop item for it to work correctly!

For Invidious, due to CSR issues, you cannot control the player during playback, so please press the E key to turn the player off and on again.

Also, note that Invidious requires a CEF patch.

ConVars
mediaplayer_subtitles "en" (default values are language selected in the game, gmod_language)
mediaplayer_invidious_instance "" (default values are specified in the web app as vid.puffyan.us)
mediaplayer_invidious_enable 0/1 (default: 0)

at first it didn't work, then i changed it to a numbered backend of it and it worked a bit more. but i end up with the video not playing and showing the message: "No compatible source was found for this media".

still cool idea, i hope it works later on

Thanks for making this, media player used to be slightly lukewarm for now's standards till' this mod rolled up.

YouTube no longer works with this, it just says:
[Request Error] Failed to parse HTML Page for metadata: title = string, duration = nil
