2nd attempt - much smoother to port and load, should be more customisable.

So unfortunately you need the Pariah Nexus book to know the mission templates and then they need to be set up manually with saved objective markers from the base 40k mod - as that mod doesn't have Crusade mission packs saved in its deployment presets.
