To solve this problem, it is enough:
1 - exit Steam and EA .
2 - (optional) Delete the EA launcher.
3 - Download Origin + Fix (Link: http://YandexDisk ).
4 - Install Origin .
5 - Install the Fix.
6 - Log in to Origin.
7 - Then close Origin completely and go back to Steam.
8 - Click play BF5 and wait for the steam pack to install EA again .
9 - After which we enter EA.
10 - The game is in your library
