"My name is Colonel Winston Harker, and on behalf of a grateful nation, I'd like to welcome you to the 141."

Includes:

NPCs are on the "Shadow Company" tab.

This is a recreation of "Colonel. Winston Harker"[callofduty.fandom.com] (voiced by Steve Blum) from the 2013 Chinese game Call of Duty: Online. He is a Task Force 141 defector and a Leader of Shadow Company. His plot involves him creating dirty bombs by combining Element 115 and Nova 6 to use against the 141. This addon has likeness recreated wearing a 2009 Shadow Company uniform with an Assault Rifle kit and Riot Gear with a bit of customisation for him to stand out. He also comes with an injured face.

This model was created for Shadow Company. A Gmod community hosting a Call of Duty and Shadow Company Roleplay Server Experience.

I pretty much just did the research, Human Grunt did the whole model using CoD assets available.

@SPURION Huh, I thought you did the modding (making of the model), makes sense on why their are other people listed in the mod now. People do different job type things. I thought everyone worked together on the same part like modeling and rigging/stuff like that but it makes sense that everyone does their own other part.

@MarkedxGage it was approved, probably made by Activision Shanghai for the Chinese market. Why it shutdown was probably because CoD Mobile was even bigger and basically the same concept. Many Chinese players play on the CN branch of that game.

@SPURION Alright thanks! never even heard of it XD, I would assume it's like the Chinese version that was approved by the call of duty makers or it was like a rip off version?
