at that old days, if you reconnect to random match - you were granted equal to the opposing team gold.
And this actually was a problem - cause then, you could get more gold by destroying enemies turrets, but enemies couldn't get more, cause they already destroyed and got gold before other team reconnects.

So, yeah, that's good comeback, but after defending their base just once it was pretty straitforward boost to the reconnected side

Wait... Were you playing with Jed and calling yourselves "God(bot)" and Jesus(bot)"? I playing clunk(Creeper skin) and two people were playing Ayla and Swiggs. Were they you possibly?
