Got both of these at the same time early on. I believe it is tied to killing and getting hurt five or so times.

Got this from it taking about five or so attempts to light the lighter.

Darkness
I don't remember how I got this, but its possibly related to being attacked while in the dark sections?

Got from checking a newspaper on the train station walls. I believe it is connected to looking at every intractable, or at least every newspaper. Took me multiple play-throughs, but I believe checking a newspaper I never tried before got it for me.

I have found game files that reference "collecting closeups" Might be related to Journalism.

I am unsure about how to get these, but these are my predictions. I will move these to "how I got them" if they succeed.

The other guide has someone getting it, but I cannot figure out what she did in her play-through to obtain it.
There is a silent hill easter egg on the blue poster, possibly related?

All I can see in the game cat-related are the posters in the subway. Maybe trying to catch the train during the chase scene?

Hell-o
Tried every window, but nothing. Checking the bedroom window while the shadow is there does nothing. Files show three different "states" for a window on staircase with a dark figure. Possibly related?

Dark Mike
API references "observing" a sink. There is a sink where mike can see his reflection in the water. Just need to find out what triggers the change?

• I have put the sounds the tape recorder makes through different decoding software's with no luck
  
• I have stayed on multiple window and screens for several minutes, as well as rapidly clicking them on and off. Code shows no alternate events that can occur with the windows, baring the three different states for the one with a shadow figure in it.
  
• I have used UnityExplorer to look at assets and files, as well as ILspy.
