With this build you can almost afk all of the acts.

Start off rerolling into Radioactive Skull, to do this with Anita, get gems first by standing on Amoebas until you get enough gems to upgrade, if you have enough rerolls unlocked, you can probably find this.

If you can't reroll, pick a weapon to help you get gems at the start, if you do not have additional weaponslots unlocked, do not pick anything that isn't necessary in the build if available.

Upgrade Radioactive Skull, Amoeba, Telescope, Silverhook first if you can. Max level Amoeba not only gives you a wide area of aoe damage, but with Anita's legendary Amoeba upgrade, the amoeba freezes on crit, with fully upgraded silverhook, you have 100% crit chance! This essentially makes you hard to approach, so long as you stand on your amoebas.

Ironball and Telescope, make Amoebas take up most of the screen, all you have to do is stand in it most of the time. You can kite mini bosses around buildings with ease.

Red Leeches also scale with crit, giving 10% damage HP on critical hit, with fully upgraded silverhook, this is great boss damage and passive healing.

Final notes: This does not mean you can just afk, there is some unavoidable damage, but you can definitely be rest assured that only mobs with a LOT of hp will get through your defense. In Dark Age that is the hawks, this can be partially remedied with the Shrinker.

When you go for your relics, Heart of Gold will definitely help you take a lot of damage to finish a level, I recommend this if you still find yourself taking damage. For maximum afk status, Golden Apple is fantastic because you'll be passively killing so many mobs, you'll be able to pick up stacks of apples, as well as get some during the final boss fight in Dark Age.

This build works in every stage and on every boss fairly well, as well as works in turbo mode in Dark Age to farm materials for unlocks. I am proud to say this is a very good early game build, that works great and is fun to play.
