Maybe its because this current game has mostly taken place in the Cannibal Plains and the Great Desert. Just a lot of shitty people lol

It's should be about half from what it was before. I think it depends on the same personality checks but the chance is lower overall.

Okay maybe I'm crazy but what are the chances and circumstances of this happening? i don't see it at all anymore.

Gotcha, and seriously, if it's still too high which it probably is, don't be coy about hitting me up. I'll try to test it myself as well if I get the opportunity but you will probably make it there first.

@Lawh Ok that all sounds awesome thanks for getting back to me. I'll be able to play tomorrow for some hours so I'll see if I can tell the difference.

I made it more rare now, but I think it might still need some tweaking. I will have to test it out myself possibly to day. However if you get to playing and still find it too game breaking on the long run please do let me know. I'll have to have a proper look at all the personality traits of the characters and see which ones should join more and so on, although that might make the mod grow disproportionately.

No worries though, tweaking one number will for sure make this mod better if all else fails.

Yeah that is a problem and I never got around to properly fixing it. The chance for them to say no is based on negative checks, like if the person is dumb they won't join. That isn't good enough.

I have a couple of other projects to fix up and balance, so maybe I will take a little time today to go through these and make things a little better.

Hey @Lawh so I think its a bit unbalanced but that is easily fixed and you've had a great idea for a mod. Is there a way to turn the recruitment option into a conversation and have their response be dependent on their personality type? And even with that have it be a percentage chance to say yes? As of now all I have to do is beat up a group and recruit all the ones with broken limbs (not even lost limbs as far as I can tell which is what I first thought this did). With this method its easy to build up a team quickly.

That is a possibility. It also wouldn't hamper things too much by having them tag along and then do whatever.

I'll work on something like that.
