This is just a couple of different methods for not dying.
Chocolate Milk
You can find it in the baskets in the towns. They are easy to get in bulk and hydrate a good bit.
Caracals
They are those annoying creatures that can drop milk and meat. These guys are easy to farm if you know where they spawn. I had a lot of luck near the military base.
Vending Machines
Some areas have vending machines where you can buy drinks for 50 dinars.
Water Truck
There is a water truck near the military base. This can be used to get some free water.
