You need to get to the 4 doors. Find one with the blue skull:



Use your whiplash to get the skull, and shoot in the water, using railgun. Another door will open, and you can take your reward:

Fun fact! You can get the alternate nailgun without the whiplash, as the water you need to shoot with the railcannon is visible through the crack in the door.
