Settings That Worked Great For Me
By Doom of Judgment
1. This is thanks to a YouTuber named BenchMarKing the video I followed along to will be in the guide below, But it did help me get my game to run at 60fps or Higher on a RTX 3070.

2. Since this is probably the only game I own so far that has been hell for me to set up just to get it to run good, unfortunately I do hit some stutters here and there but it's nothing that freezes it completely or is really even super noticeable (not even a single crash), but if you are looking to buy this game, and try out some settings to make sure you can run it, i'd recommend these, And since i was too lazy to type these out, Here is an image with all the settings that are in the Graphics Options or you can follow the video below that.

Special Thanks To BenchmarKing and his Video
If you had trouble reading the Picture, just follow his video, it's very straight forward.

That's It!
I hope this helped most who were having trouble, much like me who was having trouble, If you have any questions... I cannot answer them because, like I said, I needed a guide for it myself, But I figured this would help most people who don't own anything above a 3070, or even above it and are still having issues with Performance since this game is not optimized very well, But i'm sure Neil Druckmann would probably pull a Todd Howard and just say "How about you just upgrade your PC *Goofy Laughter*" It seems as though this version will be "Left Behind" pun very much intended, but I hope Naughty Dog proves me wrong and fixes it up more, I've heard the horror stories about this games launch on PC which made me wait for a sale, Which is a shame, this game is truly a GOAT title for me, Loved it on PS3, I got the PS4 Remaster for free when I got my PS4 and enjoyed the hell out of that at a nice smooth 60FPS on the PS4 Pro. It's a shame the PC Version still has some stuttering issues, Get past all that though, and the game is really beautiful to look at and deserves some love and attention from those who never got to experience the game, The sale price of $40 was a fair price for this game, But I wouldn't go for a $60 purchase of this game unless you are a Super Fan, just do yourself a favor and do not get the Deluxe Version, Early Unlocks are pretty cringe when you can just play the game and earn them that way.
