Report a translation problem
Unless your character is in a party, the [1] only signifies which member it is. If you're alone, then 1 should work. Make sure it's \N[1] (backslash and not forward slash). You can view all chat variable options by hovering over the text box as well just to be sure.
@Darkstar: Not sure what command you're referring to. If you still need help, link a screenshot of the code you're referring to and describe what you're trying to do.
