Was able to get mods to work on the GOG version, so at least I'll have a moddable version of the game that will outlive the current-gen version

Honestly, I think the best way to go about a huge FO4 update due to the importance of modding would be to make 1.10.163.0 (the current version of the game) a beta branch in the Properties menu

Why they go out of their way to ♥♥♥♥ everyone's ♥♥♥♥ instead of just making a new Steam entry/sub or game version entirely is beyond me.
