FU No whip collision

If you tried to use Indix signature whips as a real weapon in any light-up dungeon, you can understand my pain.

Removes the ability to become an Indiana Jones wannabe that Frackin' Universe adds to whips. At the same time, it restores the ability to use whips effectively in any places littered by light sources and other objects some mod tagged as such.

FULLY overwrites items/active/weapons/whip/abilities/whipcrack.lua in Frackin' Universe. It may break something if Frackin' Universe devs decide to do something with whips (they haven't for a long time, but you've been warned).
