Another big box store from Cincinnati OH. Has a loading bay area and perhaps more detail than any of the previous stores i've made. Enjoy!

FWIW, I compared the building in-game with the screenshots, and I genuinely couldn't tell the difference. The AC unit is obviously just an aesthetic detail, not actually "required." This info is just for the people who start sweating when LSM says something is missing.

Looks like there's a missing dependency in Required Items; LSM indicates "ac_unit" is missing.

@OnyxJet ill take a look at that, but I don't think there are parameters that define the likelihood of crime. Probably a coincidence or the mod is acting up

Also it seems it has an issue with crime. It's like the store is constantly getting robbed. None of my other RICO buildings have this issue.

@OnyxJet Surface Painter will let you do that. As for the parking, looks like the "BIG Parking Lots" set was used
