Fearing but also respecting the Legion, Borat helps the Legion take control of the Mojave Wasteland.

It is not stated if other countries are safe, and whether it is possible to return to them. BUT If Kazakhstan isn't destroyed, Borat would go back and inform the Kazakh government about his discoveries. They might implement some of Borat's findings.

If the country of Kazakhstan is destroyed, Borat would continue being loyal to the Legion. In his attempt to assimilate into Legion society, he might accidentally inspire a rebellion or resistance against the Legion due to his unconventional behavior. He might face punishment from the Legion, or if many trusted Legionaries join him, he might inadvertently dismantle the Legion and become their leader
