Improved Gas Pour Lines

Normally, the only survivor with "gas pouring" lines in any map outside of scavenge is Coach for whatever reason.

This addon:
-Adds gas pour lines to all survivors on any map
-Adds dynamic gas pour lines to play whether pouring near a generator or a vehicle
-Adds shorter gas pour lines when under the effects of adrenaline
-Adds lines for when the object being filled is almost full

Note: The lines to play when near a generator or vehicle has to have the prop not be static so it might not work on some maps.

This will NOT conflict with any other talker addon.
