[B41] Show Username Option

Fixes broken game settings menu option to hide own character name on multiplayer servers with name display above players enabled. This will definitely improve your immersion in the game.

To disable your name above your character in multiplayer, you must activate this mod and change the setting in the configuration menu in the "Multiplayer" tab before entering the server, as the mod will be downloaded when entering multiplayer matches. This setting will be saved, so you will not need to disable/enable it again.

This mod should not present incompatibilities with other mods, unless the mod directly changes the "MainOptions.lua" file. Can be removed at any time during gameplay.
