Customizable Animated Player and Weapon Colors

I wanted animated weapon colors, but there was only one addon for that, and that one only cycled through hues like a rainbow. So I made this.

capawc_cl_player_colors_enabled - makes your player color animated
capawc_cl_player_colors - customize your animated player colors
capawc_cl_weapon_colors_enabled - makes your weapon color animated
capawc_cl_weapon_colors - customize your animated weapon colors

capawc_sv_bots - makes bots also have animated player and weapon colors
capawc_sv_minimum_blend_time - sets the minimum time for blending between colors
capawc_sv_gamemode_blacklist - player colors will not be animated in these gamemodes
capawc_sv_gamemode_whitelist_enabled - player colors will only be animated in whitelisted gamemodes
capawc_sv_gamemode_whitelist - player colors will be animated in these gamemodes when the whitelist is enabled
