In PAYDAY 3, the ECM Jammers work in a completely new and different way, compared to PAYDAY 2. Within this new system, is ECM Rushing still possible?

The fastest way to rush the Dirty Ice heist: easy completions to farm infamies, and also decent for Weapon XP. Done with minimum loot for fastest times.

As for how the new ECMs work: rather than blocking pagers, cameras, and calls, they simply slow down the speed at which pagers expire, and cameras detect you. It feels very different from PAYDAY 2 ECM Rushing because it's not just about placing the ECMs and sprinting through everything, but it still has the same feeling of coordinated roles, full speed, and some ECMs at the end for the point of no return.
