Super jumping is really easy once you understand how the jump works!
Jumping is somewhat variable meaning if you hold down space or f vs tapping it. You will have a different outcome.

• Hold down shift to enable slo-mo
  
• while holding down shift also hold space or F and keep holding for several seconds
  
• You can now super jump : )
  
• Remember it's momentum based so if you are sideways and you super jump
  things could get out of control pretty fast!

• Shift+Space or F (hold jump key longer)

• Shift+Space or F (hold jump key shortly)
