Fall Cameras in L4D2 Maps

Descrizione
All of the original L4D1 maps had cameras placed in the maps that activated when you fell a high distance. There were also cameras for when you died during a finale.

This mod adds both of these to all maps that previously didn't have them excluding Last Stand as
this mod already adds them.

This is done with scripts so won't conflict with anything that changes .lmp files.

Local/dedicated server only.

It was done for playing without cheats(and without "god 1"). So... It's TECHNICALLY half-bug.

Bug: If the player is invincible (like using the admin mod) the game will softlock and the player will be stuck in the camera unable to move.
