Hi there!

You shouldn't be using ThrottleKitty Addon with this mod.

ThrottleKitty addon is simple a resource for servers to be able to access/build with TK's tiles in game. It does not add anything.

It should be removed as a prerequisite.

No, I use that map, I love it, in fact I made a dirt road to connect it.

Looks like this is where Lake Ivy would go, would move it back if you could since a lot of people run Lake Ivy.
