"PURGE THE INFIDELS IN FAITH AND FIRE...." - The Patriarch (Subject 91)

And finally we have the first of three big playermodel packs I plan on doing: the Jorvik Castle Cult! These guys were PHENOMENAL in-game and I can't wait to use their models for my big video. I apologize this took so long but school has been whooping me and It's nice to finally see a cult in a piece of media that doesn't make me roll my eyes in boredom, and the guys at Trepang Studios did a really good job taking the old, boring idea of a cult and turning it into something modern and threatening. This can be seen best in the cultists sharp attire: their stark silver/gold ballistic masks that look straight out of the King of Jerusalem, their concealing hoods, and their slick suits. Unfortunately the cowls were actually a total pain in the ass to work with and I couldn't get them to work on the juggernaut armor (there's a ton of clipping even on the in-game models), but I got it to a spot I'm happy with and I think you will be too. The patriarch shoulder pauldron things were being such a pain in the ass in blender that I didn't really even bother weight painting them to be honest, but still they look fine for the most part. I was worried when the guy I get the models from (adeptus magnum) told me there was no texture for the patriarch's head in the game files, but it ended up being okay since I found a really cool gif online and put it into an animated texture for his head. Each model also includes bodygroups (I may have actually went a bit overboard with them on the juggernauts lol) and I tried to add every major cultist pallete I saw in game. If for whatever reason you don't like the provided colors, I also added a colorable cultist in as well. I did try to add the patriarch's helmet as an object as well, but it's very screwy so sorry about that. Oh and by the way if you haven't bought and played Trepang2 yet, you should seriously consider doing so, since anyone who has not played it will be executed by gorilla monke attack when I eventually become god emperor of the universe in three months.
