It does not work the hek im on steam deck
So i added the tab key and the tilda k nothing

Pressing the tilde key does not work. At least, not on a standard English keyboard with default keybinding. Try taking a photo of your keyboard and adding it to the video, if you do not know the name of the key to be pressed.

Doesn't work for me either.

the key below the escape key is literally ~ when pressing shift or ` without pressing shift neither of which do a damn thing.

It opens for me , try pressing the key below ESC button , there should be a key that will activate this window .

Pressing ~ does absolutely nothing
