Description
This mod adds Yuan Bo's Matters of State to Karl Franz. Most of the values are just copy and paste from him.

If you haven't played Yuan Bo, you spend favor, and you gain the opposite favor after every two turns. The reason? You know divide and conquer. People love to see the other party suffering.

This mod requires Shadows of Change DLC, and will cause CTD if you play as Karl without one

WARNING
I failed in replacing TWUI's GUID and it might have consequences I failed to reckon.

FAQ
Q. Do I need SoC DLC for this feature?
A. Yes.

Q. How do I increase the number of maximum tokens?
A. Make a district. District ritual is the one that requires 4 tokens of one type to perform. Note that the target city needs to have a tier equal to or higher than tier 3.

Q. I get CTD
A. Other mods, or you haven't played Yuan Bo and trying to target settlement with tier 2 or less.

Q. Does this mod work with mod X?
A. I don't know

Q. Can you do X for me?

It does crashes when you try to make a tier 3 city into a commercial district or fortress. I do own the dlc and have previously played Yuan Bo.

Hi, I'm getting crash when starting a new karl franz campaign on latest 6.2.1 patch, even after disabling all mods. I do own shadow of change.

Not recommended, pressing the matters of state button makes the UI stuck on your screen. Personally it crashed for me as soon as I pressed anything related on the UI

Other building works fine, not having that building causes zero problems, and I'm not increasing my work

The removal of the blacksmith has made the "wh3_dlc24_unit_stat_bonus_armour" non - functional.
Can this be fixed?
