The Reason why i took the Javelins is for dozer, so u dont have to use the secondary for melting them, use the krinkov only for faceshields, also Painkillers aced w First Aid Kits because we already got Jack of all Trades, the Ammo Bag is really useful if u dont want to pick up the ammo boxes in the open Battlefield or just place it for your Teammates

This Build exists because i had no idea how to make a fun Rogu Build at all, Rodion as Dmr is way too op, even with such a mediocre perk deck like Rogue, dont forget Fully Loaded Aced so u wont run out of ammo prob + infinite flashbang support just throw one if u quick fix inspire a team mate

One of my first Copycat Buids, i remember i was able to survive Goat Sim D1 with ease and i was able to traverse in the most reckless possible way, well thanks to the High dodge value and the 2 seconds, anyways have fun with it, also throwing knifes are either for dozer without faceshields or just for stupid cops that try to punch u while reloading in CQC

Aight the only downside this Build got is having no Hostage Taker, so just play passive and try to shoot spawns with the gas grenade so u wont annoy your team mates with your stinky grenades, oh and make sure team mates wont eat from your ammo bags, build is pretty useless without the bags, also blood thirst for faster piglet reload

The Deimos has only 2 downsides honestly first is the Reload time and second, this gun feels crappy without the fast firing switch activated (so with zerk we are still able to one shot heavy swats with the low dmg output, the judge is for killing dozers in a short blink of an eye

But also the Hacker Triple mark10 is very powerful

And If you own the dlc with the amaroq Sniper you could give the Copycat Ex-President Amaroq 900 build a try, its more like a camper build, it would also work with the thanatos Sniper.

As far as i know this mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/payday2/mods/228 ) should still work,
but to answer your question yes you could replace the perk deck but keep in mind that the tree is build around the perk to maximize the ability to keep the Team alive.

Also i cant really recommend Akimbo smgs since the dmg range falloff update but try out and f*ck around.
