Описание
When the crystal lord of the month of Chaitra was full, from that day of the first season of the year according to the Kalachakra, he became king of the three parts of Tibet and set up the white umbrella of his laws on the peak of the world.

The Khoshuts under Güshi Khan

UA: Holder of the Faith - Increased Unit Production in the Empire for each Holy Site and Holy Sites provide adjacent units a Combat Bonus. If you take over a Holy City and have not founded a Religion, you replace the Founder.

UU1: Yaso - Replaces the Lancer. At the start of your turn, adjacent Mounted Units have their City Attack penalty reversed. Cities captured by or near a Yaso convert to your Religion.

UU2: Nomiyin - Replaces the Great Prophet. Spawn in pairs but have half their regular spread charges. Can be expended to Culture Bomb on any Holy Site.

If we're able to get any confirmation on the previously reported issue of the Nomiyin, I'd happily upload a fix, but as it currently stands I have never run into an issue where other civs are able to purchase a Nomiyin. It could likely be a mod conflict.

the ua is something I always yerned when all the religions are founded super fast! But great people as uus are always tricky, most mods I have played they broke something (everyone can purchase them, the game breaks when purchased, etc.)... there will be a quick fix for this mod? Or was already made?

It Claims adjacent Tiles !!! That is what I misunderstood. The holy Site was well Inside my territory. :steamfacepalm:

Thanks for the interest! The Nomiyin's culture bomb ability has a few unspoken conditions due to the nature of the culture bomb ability:

1. The Holy Site must be in or adjacent to your territory
2. It will only claim adjacent tiles.

Giving your mod a try seems interesting BUT used a Great Prophet's culture bomb ability on a Holy site - and got Nothing ?? :CapitalDome:
