Centered Menu Text (16:9 only)

This add-on redesigns the main menu by including only basic text (Trade Gothic Bold) and centering it. It also removes the Left 4 Dead 2 logo from the menu and includes a more useful add-on menu. It also removes the Steam group server list on the bottom right and adds a server browser above Achievements. Athough it works with the default menu backgrounds, it is intended to go with the Dead Island background. I can't link it here because Steam will flag it as breaking the terms of service, so just look it up yourself (that's also the reason why this had to be re-uploaded).
