You have to go to any map (Press ~ for console and type "map ctf_2fort" or another one). When you joined choose red or blu team and choose any of classes.

Step 2

Press "space" and "ctrl" to make a crouch jump.

End

crouch and instantly jump then uncrouch and you go higher
