Hey guys, this is my first build so please go easy on me.....
Phantom Lancer is an agility hero who is great early to late game. He has a slow, a nuke and can carry the game in the long run. His main objective is to split-push and farm then come to the team's aid and wreck the enemy. Problem is, he doesn't have a stun so he doesn't have a proper lockdown unless you still have a diffusal charge.
