These are the current confirmed locations. I have other locations I'm confirming however these are the current confirmed locations that give a possible chest. These don't always give the chest due to the possibility the enemies spawning.

This is really useful, thanks. I already beat the Wurm once to unlock Venomess. To those trying to kill the Wurm, I'd suggest: Get Wingrave, Senja, or Grendel (the Warmasters all have decent to great self healing) to 15 or higher. Use the lock-on on the boss to make sure your attacks are landing on it and not being absorbed by the adds (which you should ignore). Don't forget to use a damage and defense buff potion. And last, drop the difficulty down to Story mode if you are really just trying to unlock Venomess.

jrsufer123 - idk if it's still an issue but before you would fight the boss, it'd disappear and you'd have to run to the top teleport stone then run back to the boss area and it'll reappear.

i going to kill the boss worm suddenly a mob of worm came and the giant boss escaped, my time and killing the boss was waste.
