Have you ever wanted the ability to recite the entire text of the Holy Bible (King James version, of course) in Team Fortress 2 text chat? This guide is for you! I have created a bind script with 50,000 individual chat messages containing the complete text of the Holy Bible. All you have to do is press one key repeatedly and you will automatically preach the word of our Lord and Savior in text chat!

In order to configure the bind script, you will need to do the following:

1. Download holybible.cfg and holybible<1-8>.cfg from this link: holybible.cfg on GitHub Gists[gist.github.com]. (For each file, click the button that says Raw, then press ctrl+s to save the text file.)
   
2. Place the files you downloaded in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg (replace everything up to \Team Fortress 2 with the install path if you have TF2 in a different directory).
   
3. Proceed to part 2 for configuration!

Some things to know/consider about this bind script:

By default, the script is bound to your b key. If you would like to bind it to a different key, open holybible.cfg with Notepad++ or another text editor. Go to line 105 and change the following:

Now you're ready to use the script!

When you first load into TF2, you must open your console (typically by pressing your ` key) and type exec holybible. THIS WILL MAKE YOUR GAME LAG FOR UP TO ONE MINUTE! It takes TF2 a bit to process 50,000 binds lol.

Now you're ready! Join any match (Casual, Comp, Community Server, etc.) and press your b key (or whatever key you changed it to in the Configuration section above) and you will begin preaching the word of God in text chat. Keep pressing your bind key to send more messages.

NB: You should wait 2-4 seconds between button presses. TF2 casual will temp mute you if it thinks you're spamming text chat.

By default, the messages start with Genesis 1:1. If you would like to switch to another book of the bible, you're in luck! There are a series of commands defined in holybible.cfg for switching between books of the bible. They include:
