Buffed Mk4 Turrets

This mod will buff the Mk4 turrets to make them a viable alternative to missiles for defense against bosses!

Changes include:

- DPS increased 5x. This also effectively increases the energy efficiency of the turret. You will still need a massive bank of turbines, but not as absurd as before, and the turret is now actually capable of taking care of bosses on its own, provided you keep it powered.
- Range increased to 96 blocks.
- Turret now only attacks targets with >100k HP (bosses only). This prevents the turret from sounding ugly when tap-firing at heavies, and also means you still need Mk3 turrets.
- Improved the turret rotation speed. Has no effect on gameplay, but eliminates the annoying visual artifact where the turret fires in the air as it slowly rotates towards the enemy that somehow receives damage.
- Updated the handbook to reflect these changes and the reality of this turret ("Pairing with Mk4 PSBs recommended"? Seriously?)

NOTE: This mod internally replaces the T4_Turret entity with a custom one. Normally it doesn't matter, but if you install another mod that changes these turrets - things will break.
