Updated for Build 42
everything works




adds 180 posters to the game

has sandbox options to enable/disable poster recipes by category if you don't want certain posters in your game.

each poster can be recycled for the material it takes to make it

adds a fix for aza's posters now you can scroll through the context menu with both mods installed



Now a lite option. must have both mods enabled for it to work. it makes it so the posters are removed from the recipe list but are still craftable through lua. this makes it easier for me to put it in a submenu and also less load time for recipes

now has tiered menu and categories can be hidden with sandbox options

recipes require 1 pencil and 4 paper, more paper for multi tile posters

@haypo uhh i dont think most of them would be lore accurate. This mod was just done for fun and not done well for that matter. I've made a poster mod maker which i plan to make more posters with at some point. If you know the images you want it can turn over 100 at a time into a sprite sheet in a minute or so

Any way we can get a sandbox option to remove lore inaccurate (post 1993) posters?

Thank you, I found that I couldn't remove it from the wall in the Doomsday RV, which is probably the problem. It works normally in other houses.

The poster stuck on the wall cannot be removed and will display an error. Is it conflicting with my other mods?

Glad to hear a neat update for b42 is on the way, I’ve been waiting for time period accurate posters but it seems abandoned

@moonracer this was my first mod and I was just seeing if I could even. I just got random images and things friends wanted. This will be getting an update soon for b42 that should be pretty cool

I'm impressed with how much your tastes overlap with mine here. A solid selection of images to make as posters. I'd be interested in seeing an alternate collection that is a little more authentic to the timeline though. Mostly movie and band posters. Nirvana, Iron Maiden, Hunter S. Thompson, Pulp Fiction, Evil Dead 2, The Hills Have Eyes, The Legend of Billy Jean, Heathers, The Thing, Jimi Hendrix. Not really a request, just felt like sharing ideas you may or may not also like yourself.
