Well, the bug I am trying to describe is simple.
It appears when you encounter Granny Zina´s hut for the first time & you have CUSTOM
RADIAL MENU KEYBIND like yours truly.

Solution is simple.
Cutscene recognizes only DEFAULT keybind (TAB key).
1) Just set it back to tab
2) Unleash vortex
3) Set keybind back to your favourite.

Voila, problem avoided.
Now go enjoy this DLC
