"One day, an angel fell from the heavens.
The angel fell and fell, down and down...
The angel ended up landing in the depths of hell.
There, she met a demon who came to her aid.
"You look hurt..." The demon said as it helped her to her feet.
For three days the demon helped the angel recover.
He thought she was beautiful.
This kindness rubbed off on the angel, and she in turn began to fall for him.

"Will we be together forever?" The angel asked.
"No... We can't. It's forbidden..." The demon remembered what his parents, the king and queen of hell told him.
"When good and evil find balance, all worlds will end." The demon heard in his mother's voice.
The angel heard this voice too, but of her father.
The angel convinced the demon to marry her.
...and so they did.

On the day of the forbidden marriage, a blend of pure chaos was born.
It crept out from the hearts of the demon and the angel, fusing into a void that would end all worlds.
The void grew and the guilt of the two in love began to set in.
The void pulled in all that was good and evil in the world, for it cared not about good or evil.
It was pure chaos, and it did as it pleased.
"But... we did what we felt was right..." The angel reassures the two of them.
"And I love you forever, nothing will stop this feeling." The demon told the angel.

"I love you... I cannot let this happen!" The angel cried as she threw herself into the void.
The demon screamed for her, but she could not hear him as the void swallowed her whole.
The blend of good and evil was now imbalanced, as it always has been.
So the void closed.
"She... Did that for me... For the world... For everything she loved... She was pure love..." The demon told himself.

Weeks and months and years pass, and the demon heard never from the angel again.
After a long time, the demon became sick and twisted.
The void that took the angel away from him was now forming in his heart.
From his body the void took control and destroyed all that existed in its path.
A butterfly found its way to the demon after a long and arduous journey.
Words left the butterfly's mouth: "Nothing will stop this feeling."
She knew not what she said, but the demon heard her.

"Is that... you?" The demon asked, his demented form not recognized by the butterfly.
But she knew that voice from anywhere.
"It's you?! You helped me!" The butterfly exclaimed.
"It's you... You saved me..." The demon cried.

"Nothing can stop this feeling." They repeated to each other.
As the demon took the butterfly in marriage, their hearts transformed.
Neither of their bodies were the same anymore, but their souls were as they always had been; perfectly entwined.
The void screeched from the essence of this blasphemous, forbidden bond.
"I love you, and nothing can stop this feeling..." Vowed the demon.
"I love you, and nothing can stop this feeling..." Vowed the butterfly.
"So the love of everyone else may continue." Vowed the two souls.
Then the two entities leapt as one, into the gaping maws of the void.
The void was vanquished forever so the world could love again."
