"One of the many things that has made me come back to Journey even 10 years later is the color choices and the immersive environments. This games art direction has been a significant source of inspiration in my artistic journey and has influenced my art style for as long as I can remember. I made this piece as a tribute to that. It's intentionally simple, with focus on colors and shape language, and an emphasis on the ancient structures that passively tell a story. I think Journey is especially a memorable experience for us artists and it will always be my favorite game <3"
