Well, here's how you can do that: You only need to install one mod called "Applied Effects." Once you have it installed and you're in the game, go to settings, choose this mod, and play around with its settings to find what works best for your experience.

For my setup, I use the following settings:

Saturation: 1
Color balance: R-0.95, G-1.15, B-2
Brightness: 1.2
Gamma: 0.75
Bloom: 3.9
Ambient: 1.7
Exponent: 1.8
Wetness: 0.8
