Toggleable Deep Resource Map

Description
Adds a hotkey and button to always show the Deep Resource Map. Default Key is P.

There must be a Ground-penetrating scanner with power somewhere on the map.

@Three ~ Oh, didn't know there was anyone really using this mod. Yeah, if you're interested in a 1.6 update, I can do that when I get time ^.^ Have so many more mods these days that I maintain, so this has been very low on my todo list, I'll make sure to bump it up
