sentinels of the multiverse(EE): colosseum of madness

this is a mod to give easier access to the collaboration environment, hero and villain made by the creators of the table "sentinels of the workshop", this includes:
-Wager Master's Mishmash Arena(environment which has at least a card made for most of the original members of the table)
-the contenders(collab hero that gives 3 mini heroes to control where you combine their decks to make 40 card deck)
-the gladiators(collab villain that gives 3 mini villains to fight against where you combine their decks to make a 25 villain deck)
